Madara or Obito is not a Sage Mode user, they only have the Six Path power, bcuz Sage Mode is not obtained from being a Juubi Jinchuriki but it is obtained from learning the power in Mount Myoboku/Ryuuchi Cave, only Hagoromo and Naruto are the true "SAGE OF SIX PATH", cuz they mastered both

I think theyre included because it has been implied that becoming the 10 tails Jinchuriki grants you senjutsu, plus, Minato stated that he sensed ‘sage power’ when Madara arrived to retrieve his Rinnegan from Obito. Also, by the time that Obito took tailed beast from Madara, he stated that Obito had entered ‘Sage Mode’ once.

Here's a question: why didn't Delta turn into a frog statue? Naruto was using his Sennin Mode when he fought her. Back when he fought Pain, one of those Pains absorbed Naruto's Rasengan imbued with Senjutsu's Nature Chakra and turned into a frog statue because of that, and it's the risk of Senjutsu according to Fukasaku. So, why was Delta, who absorbed Naruto's Rasengan, not turning into a frog statue?
