She even says she better end the fight quickly via technicality, making it clear she was threatened by them while they suppressed themselves and would’ve lost in a fight. There’s also Daizenshuu 4 which states that Goten is equal to Buu Saga Gohan, whose strength hadn’t changed since the Cell games, meaning SSJ1 Goten and Trunks individually are on par with Cell Saga SSJ1 Gohan. I think he's going by the forms achieved, meaning Goku and Vegeta achieved godly/angelic forms, which are harder for anyone to obtain. Gohan's form is unique to him since he's a half-breed with exponential potential. Trunks and Goten could probably achieve that form if they trained religiously and possibly have a trigger to awaken the form. Hell, I'd even say future Trunks could probably obtain it in the near future due to his high amount of S cells and half his DNA being human. But it should be at the top since it's stronger than MUI and UE.

​​​​@@matthewadams1674 in dbs, the cell jrs are equal to super perfect cell, remember ss2 gohan exploded all of them and they regenerated, they should have the same zenkai boost as perfect cell had when he blew himself up and regenerated into super perfect cell. The cell jrs were equal to perfect cell when they fought goku and the others in dbz, cuz cell made them before having that zenkai. But just like him they also should have zenkai after regenerating from gohan exploding them, in dbs they are much stronger.

The form is clearly called Full Power Super Saiyan. Nothing more. Only Kale has the Legendary Saiyan Battle Form as stated by Vegeta. In the movie, Broly's hair went from blonde to green hue. Vegeta did the same when transforming. It's just an artistic style and nothing more

Raditz is stronger than Bardock. It’s the whole reason why Raditz was alive in the first place after the destruction of their home world. Raditz power level qualified him to be deployed with Vegeta’s squad. They only separated for a time being because Raditz had a mission to check on Goku, which evidently led to his death and eventually brought the attention of Vegeta to planet earth.
