my question is why tf is it framed like she killed him?? she's homeless and 17 - i doubt a malnourished child would have the muscle strength to bash his head hard enough for that kind of splatter, and she barely has any blood on her mouth. it doesn't look like a vampire kill, it looks like a nomu or sth grabbed his head and just mashed him into the wall
