Hi! Thats the Drone from the Weather Station. Actually it spawns only at this Station on the 1.st Level on roof. Its a very nice aircraft. The Weather is north of the suburb and south of the mountain airfield.

To enter the sewers you have to go to the mayor's office talk to a lady read a book answer some questions and then you're able to go in there

Sorry in this case i had a lil helper, normaly it takes much more fishes to complete the fishing book (like i did 2 times regular but havent recorded all fishes)

But it also depends on luck and good fishing, if you loose a Potential wanted fish it take long in the Rotation till it drops again, like the rare fish types and artifacts. Good Fishing, you will do it ✌️😉🍀
