I've listened to these dudes for ever and ever. It was cool to see how they progressed, as each album is slightly different. This last one was much more melodic than the previous ones. Man, I had my doubts, but ASP really brought it this time. They're not just a part of my adolescence anymore, All Shall Perish and metal in general have both become part of my identity. The old stuff is classic, while the new stuff is only getting better. Thanks a lot guys for never disappointing me and being good role models. Having a beer with Ben at the Masquerade and meeting Eddie and Matt years ago while I was picking up pre sale tickets for my band are some of my best memories.
