If you are playing against your brother, and in the middle of the game he takes the shot meter off because he’s losing, does that give him a boost in shooting?

0:43 See the yellow area on the shot meter. Ever since the recent update that turned grey for me and its literally almost impossible to shoot now. It used to be red for me but idk what happened and I've looked through the settings and cant find a fix. Any suggestions?

@Edward Farah Yea I've done that and it never worked it would still stay grey. So I just deleted 2k and redownload it and now its perminalty stuck on pink lol. But I'm just glad it's not grey because it was so hard to shoot

Thanks for the tips, but I still don't know why my 3 point shot that is right next to the line is sometimes fast, and then other times it takes forever to get to the line. Throws my timing WAY off

Bro thanks for the video helps work around the shittyness of this game, I turned it off and I can actually make a shot. Still can't believe how garbage this game is I had to look up a video for shooting. Much needed and appreciated.

I really can't play with that shot meter. Without it I can actually knock down some threes and get kinda normal percentages. Way easier just to look at the shooting motion. I can look at 2 things at the same time but 3 is just too much (player, court, shot meter). It's especially tough with players who have different speeds in their jump shot. I'm so bad at it that I had to look it up how to shut it down. It was like that in 2k15, the same thing in 2k22 except for now the shot feedback disappears every time after the first quarter which is getting pretty annoying because in 2k15 it almost never happened.
