I'll share something with you that my therapist asked me years ago when I was interested in a relationship... Have you worked on yourself enough to energetically welcome someone into your heart? Are you making yourself vulnerable by putting yourself out there in the world or online to meet someone new? And if you're online, are you using the proper dating app? Some dating apps are for quick hookups, other apps are for individuals seeking long-term commitments. The one constant thing she kept saying to me was if I wasn't putting myself out there, then the only person I'd have a chance of meeting was the mail person or the Amazon driver, lol.
