I think Mattel did a great job on the mail in offerings this year. My only criticism is the Morris Mini but that purely about personal preference and I do understand why it was included.

I drove a 1969 Mini while stationed in England in the 1980s, so much fun driving it and easy to add performance parts. So if you have never drove one it is one crazy corner driver.

How fast is Mattel's turnaround time for mail-ins? How does it work if you have submitted multiple requests the same or different models?

So I want to do the current Walmart promo but just want to make sure I understand how to do it. So I bought $40 worth of HW (except that included a couple monster trucks which I now realize doesn't count.) So I think as long as I buy some more cars to hit the $40 total mark (In order to get both "free" cars) then I mail all the recipts together at once and include all the cards from those (If I understand right the cards don't all necessarily have to be the ones I just bought as long as they're somewhat recent.) As well as a check or money order for $14...like it wouldn't need to be 2 separate checks for $7? So I don't think all of that would fit inside a standard envelope, right? Like I would need to mail it in one of those large orange envelopes? It's seems like a lot of trouble to make it all work but I've always been interested in doing one of these promos. Hopefully you or someone would be able to help...thanks.

I pay online, just make sure it's $20/car pre tax. For me it's 17 cars from Walmart, they are $1.18. I send 34 cards and the receipts to get both cars (hopefully). I got an email 3 days after I shipped that it was received and in review. Another the next day saying it had shipped. They don't usually take long. I ordered the Christmas truck and got it 4 days later.
