I really enjoy the simplicity of the cards. Love watching you for supporting the “just be you” attitude. Not everything you make should be perfect. I think when you think like that you loose the love and fun of crafting. ❤

Sasha your cards are so quick, playful, and easy. I love them. Always continue to be you, that's what we love about you. None of us are perfectionists either, and when you try to be you do nothing but frustrate yourself. Handmade is handmade and it is you. You love what you do and so do we, otherwise we would buy cards at the store... and that's no fun. Love your candle cards, and like you said, if you want to step them up a little more there are ways your imagination can help.

They turned out great. I want to go get my metallics out right now with black card stock and make some like that. I don't have a great HB stamp like that but I have some die cuts which are just about perfect for the full front and then the wonky candles are the perfect touch. Awesome extra touch to add the glossy accents. It is those little small finishing touches that can really take a card over the top. Great job and thanks so much!!! Wish you were on here more often!!

Dear Sasha, I really do wish you would stop saying you're not an artist. You ARE!!! I doubt most artists can draw straight lines without some sort of assistive device, & many have made whole careers out of wonky artwork. Please do not put yourself or your creations down! OK, lecture over. :) I love how your cards came out. I really like how you use whatever products/supplies (stamps, etc.) you have that work for what you're making, even if they're no longer available. You focus on the technique you're doing, & I'm sure most if not all cardmakers can find something in their stash that would work to create a similar look or theme of card. I also like that you suggest alternatives if we might not have some supply, like food coloring rather than watercolor. Anyway, thank you for sharing your artwork. I really love the black one, when the light catches those candles the whole thing appears 3D.
