Some notes: • CC2 had actually intended to include complete Pucci and Kennedy Space Center in the base game (as in the PS3 version), but Shueisha mandated they hold them back until the final batch. As an apology for the unwanted delay, CC2 developed Weather to include as a bonus with the update. • I think Mikitaka is a possible candidate for Part 4, turning his body parts into various weapons and tools and such. I know he never does that in canon, but he's one of those characters who'd work well with the HftF Midler treatment. • SABR, a PR guy for CC2 who's active in the game's Discord server, said "Lol all I can say is you won't be dissapointed[sic]" when asked if the Part 8 character is Joshu, so it's _probably_ not him. • This is just straight outta my ass, but I think it's possible that they'll include an updated Josuke with Go Beyond in the same update as the Part 8 character. Is it probable? No clue, but it would be nice.

My predictions are: *Ciocolatta & Secco from Part 5 (Though it would be amazing if it was Abbacchio) *Yuya Fungami from Part 4 *Joshu Higashikata from Part 8 (I know it's impossible at this point, but it would nice if the "Joshu update" was accompanied with Toru or a new Josuke as a free character; similar to what happened with Pucci and Weather)

Well, as of now, Part 5 actually was Abbacchio, Part 4 you got it right: we got Yuya in the game, and the last one up in the air is Part 8, though, a lot of trustworthy people say that isn't going to be Joshu, despite popular opinion.

Pretty sure its gonna be Leone Abbacchio, Yuya Fungami and Toru. And its mostly because Cyberconnect actually gave dlc characters interactions with each other. Abbacchio and Fungami have stands fot tracking people down and Toru has a perfect stand to counter both of them.

I'm really hoping for abbachio, but I can't say id be upset with any reasonable pick such as doppio and the duo of ciocolatta and secco. as for part 8 I'm not sure if id dislike any pick really, the lack of representation is painful and finally I'm not sure part 4 needed more representation is needed, but that just means ill be satisfied either way.

In regards to Joshu, FF was also a stage hazard but was still able to become a playable character. I'm also in agreeance with the thought that Joshu might become the final DLC character, however I wonder if they would release him (and even N'Doul) as a free character similar to what they did with Weather Report and Pucci.

If WoU is added on its own, I’d hope for it to have a mechanic similar to UI Goku in FighterZ, where it can dodge a basic attack when standing still. It could even have a little twist where it’s a counterattack as well.

I imagine it in the sense that when the match starts WoU is on a timer and the user is forced to play defensive until it expires, then when WoU hits the field the users move set completely flips and he loses all his defensive abilities in exchange for MASSIVE offensive pressure with the added bonus of WoU forcing a lot of stand attacks to either negate or backfire. The ultimate risk reward character.

They must update josuke 8 . It s unbelievable that he is still the josuke from the first chapters . And in my opinion they should care more about manga readers, because sbr and jojolion are fans favorite and we could have much more interesting characters from this parts ( like sandman , mountain tim , wekapipo ,or ringo from part 7 and toru , an updated josuke , jobin , born this way etc. from part 8).

Tooru's moveset is just doing elaborate inputs that trigger a stage hazard or throw out rock insects. His base buttons just cause him to monologue about pursuit.

When it comes to stage hazards Secco wouldn't be a mich problem as other characters that are playable have also stage hazards (like wes). And as for Part 4 Angelo is also somewhat likely

Abbacchio's gameplay could take inspiration from Bedman in Guilty Gear Xrd, where his specials all have forward inputs that create some kind of symbol after their execution, where the backwards input of the same move replays the attack from the symbol with Moody Blues

Nah, the Alt Diego take was wrong and downright ignorant. They completely reworked the character to the point he's virtually unrecognizable from his EOH appearance. He was never getting in base, him and Stroheim being DLC is what allowed them to have unique movesets. He got to be more than just a reused asset nor is he a copy.

But if I'm not wrong, he does use Kakyoin's appearance to battle, maybe part of his moveset too. Dont you think that Toru should at least be a stage hazard as he, like, passes by the characters. And could it be possible that T. G. Uni Hospital could be a new stage at all? In my honest opinion, I don't think adding Keicho was great. Not really that good of a character, but that's just my opinion. It was fate that made this happen. (The video, the manga/anime, and games.)

Kind of doubt we'll get more stages considering the only extra one we have right now is the asset flip of Kennedy Space Center from the original. Knowing how they didn't bundle Part 2 ror 7 with a new stage I'm really doubting they'd bother with a new Jojolion stage I'd have loved the mountain line from the Urban Guerrilla fight to make it in

Well ... They already confirmed and released a trailer of the part 5 dlc character and yeah, it's Abbachio. And how it looks like, he is the unic part 5 character that will be added to this dlc? Idk, I was expecting to them put the other part 5 characters or smt. And this is my opinions about the part 4 and 8 dlc characters: There's a lot of people saying saying that the chosen is My boy, terunosuke. Like, seriously he is perfect for a fighting game. He can turn other things into paper, he can easily put *ACID* in a paper and then trow at someone, he can turn other person's into paper and etc. But it can have chances that it might be Angelo, because he was the first villain to appear in DiU. And in Jojolion ... It will OBVIOUSLY be the Oliver Tree wannabe(Jossu)

I really hope it’s Miki and not Highway Star. Miki has a lot more practical battle options and potential references available to him. For example, every character has a unique Character Ability. One option for Miki out of many would be for him to reach into his magical murder bag, and pull out a Stand that hasn’t yet been used in the game to perform a single attack or ability, before shoving them back into the bag. Imagine the mind games where you go to dive into an attack, but Miki suddenly pulls out Alessi’s Stand and you need to spend a set amount of time running around as a kid, or he pulls out Geb, and you’re bombarded with a water combo. Or what if he pulls out Flaccid Pancake to set an invisible alligator trap or that stand that makes Meteors. I forget the name of it. The volume of battle strategy he could have in correlation with his own bizarre untapped abilities would make him a very interesting character to play or play against, and that’s just one example.unfortunately the prospect of Highway Star is very high if not guaranteed. Cest la Vis I guess.

For part 5 I’d really want to see Abbaccio but I believe there is something holding them back on adding him seeing how he was considered to be added in both ASB and EOH, and a third time of we assume ASBR was originally considered to release with one season pass at most. Maybe after all this time they finally decided how to include him? I’d hope so, but I honestly believe it would be Cioccolatta and Secco as a duo. For part 4 I’m feeling like it’s someone like Mikitaka or Fungami. Mikitaka isn’t used too often for combat so I’d agree with having Fungami as the main pick here. Terunosuke is a interesting addition until you realize that they would have to make “fear” faces for every character, which while it would be a cool concept and have a lot of interesting looks that reference other parts like maybe Jotaro’s eyes widening or Joseph having his hands to his head as their “tell”, I don’t think they would go back and mess with every character to get that to work. That said they probably would have used their “damaged” faces like used in king crimsons GHA. I feel like I honestly want Jobin the most but Tooru is more fitting, so I would prefer him overall just to keep up with the “jojo vs villain” thing they have going. That said I want Joshu because seeing everyone get furious at his inclusion is something worth seeing.

It’s a really cool way to get across references like how the manga did with the character’s personalities themselves. I’d love to hear Green Day or Oasis riffs in their theme, it’d be so rad.

Personally, my wishes for the dlc are: Part 5: Abbachio, Part 4: Mikitaka or Yuya, and Part 8: Ideally, Jobin or Norisuke, also, I hope make it when they release the part 8 character that they update Josuke8 with his latter part moves like Go Beyond

Part 8 one HAS to be Tooru. Joshu was the one picked for EOH as at the time Tooru and Rai did not exist, Jobin was an enigma and Yasuho's abilities were barely known, plus Yasuho would be hard to create a moveset for, even harder than Tooru. So at the time Joshu was the only viable option. Realistically speaking, as much as I'd love Rai or Jobin, there's 0 chance for them. It's like only having Joseph and Wham or Joseph and Stroheim for Part 2, it doesn't make sense. So they'll either disappoint everyone and just copy paste Joshu from EOH, or they'll do the only thing that makes sense and add the only main villain missing from the game. On a side note I wish they would update Gappy's moveset too, but that's not happening unless a new game comes out that properly represents Jojolion now that it's finished.

I think from part 5 we are going to get Sale to completely represent all the factions of Passione. We already have a lot of characters from Bucciarati's team and la squadra esecuzioni, plus the boss. But we have nobody from the regular gang with no other interest in the whole killing/saving/kidnapping Trish thing. And Zucchero and Polpo wouldn't really work in a fighting game, Sale instead seems very interesting. But we could also get Abbacchio to complete Bucciarati's team or Cioccolata as a representation for the boss' élite guards

I think the biggest issue with part 8 is that most of the characters are none combative types that don't have stands that would work well in a fighting game, even jobin's stand would need large amounts of game-only moves to fill in his move set from sheer lack of diversity in attack he can do.

It would be nice if they included _multiple_ Part 8 characters for the final release. "Yeah, we said that you would've gotten a character from 8, and you got it. We didn't say anything about adding more." Personally, my choice would be Rai & Yasuho as a double character similar to Prosciutto & Pesci; Josuke (Go Beyond) with an expanded moveset; and Tooru as a character focused on traps and counters.

I’ll honestly be shocked if Joshu is the part 8 character. Just from the road map, the time between the part 4 and part 8 character is very long for a character that has several moves done. I’m pretty sure the community manager has said they had a direct hand in picking the characters for this pass and said we won’t be disappointed when asked if Joshu will be the Part 8 rep and usually memes on him when people ask for Joshu to be the part 8 rep.

Mikitaka and Earth, Wind, and Fire would be honestly a decent guess for part 4 as well, he has a decent level of impact in the story and I could see them getting weird with his move set, but I would love to see Yuya and Highway Star get some rep.

I agree, if I had my way, all the s2 pass would be all Jojolion represenation being of Go Beyond Josuke, Jobin and Tooru. However, Yasuho would be a cool inclusion and so long as we get a major villain, Joshu is a fine inclusion too

Rai seems like a pretty easy choice for DLC as 1) having a combat stand, 2) not being bananas OP busted unfun to fight against, and 3) being a main character. Every other Jojolion character only has at most two of the three (Yasuho has 2 & 3 but not 1, Toru has 1 & 3 but not 2, and pretty much every other part 8 character is missing number 3). Bad ending is asset flip Joshu, worse ending is that ASBR becomes a dragon ball game and we get Second Half Josuke.

Ok so i have a weird speculation about the DLC specifically the fact that with the new character from part 4 there are goin to be more charwcters from that part than part 3: seeing the CC2 jojo games history with part 3 ALWAYS having the bigger slice of the roster with part 4 following behind or having a tie. My conclusion is that there will be a DLC No. 3 with a Stardust Crusader character in it. I know this could be copium for having a chance of more part 8 characters but a man can dream
