Perhaps it's a stupid question but how do you come up with these amazing arrangements in such a short time? Like, do you follow a process or do you simply sit down, listen to the song and try to replicate it by adding your personal flare and style?

That's a good question. But quite a complicated one! It does depend on the song. But usually I'll start with the chords. Then work the melody into that. Or work out the melody separately and figure a way to combine them.
