Thanks for pointing those out! We do think that most of what you observed it just production differences. Our Larry's eyes may be different than your Larry's eyes, etc. Every plush has these slight differences, so we don't think that the specific features you mentioned exclusively apply to the All-Star ones.

They are starting to be sold here in the US, but their release has been kept very quiet-Amazon is selling them via their 2014 Koopaling listings, which means they don’t have their original page.
