Here is the thing though, those Lego sets are obviously aimed at kids, and they are more likely to buy stuff on impulse than we would. If they put a lot of focus there then it is probably making money to some extent.

man...I was hoping for a mini battle pass. I'm a pretty huge fan of the original star wars...and I felt like they could have ..should have put chewy out when Han solo came out and also with degobah luke when they released him as well. another wasted time to put in other characters. could of have maybe scout troopers, snow troopers, palpatine for mini battle pass. and all this is so crazy expensive as well.

Fortnite really went lazy with this Star Wars update. They did Yoda very bad hes not even reactive. They should have gone all out with Yoda. Voice lines reactivity and heavily animated. The best skin this update is The Titan.

​@@zakimaster4928well yes they was lazy with updates on BR, they don't show BR as much love and won't due to fact alot people are spread out in lego, Festival, and Rocket Racing, they only do the bare minimum to BR, its not same and never will be the same, due to they trying hype other game modes up, because they figure it be cheaper for them. Like Lego, there Never will be concerts, live events, story telling, they just let you do all building and make the money, their trying cash in on them modes, and do very little to BR.

They really did a bad job on Yoda which was very lazy. Not to mention they are charging 1000 V Bucks for the Yoda BackBling that does nothing and its not even reactive. Its 2024. The ClapTrap BackBling got it all even voice lines and that was years ago!

Like, I think the LEGO pass is more than reasonably priced, but they seriously need to cut down on the prices of everything else. I liked Lego Fortnite when it came out, but now it's too obvious that it's not a gamemode to have fun in. It's there just to get your money. That's why it can't compete with something like Minecraft or Terraria, because these games are one time purchase and you get everything new for free for years, and it's been like this for more than a decade. And Lego Fortnite, which obviously was made to compete with Minecraft(and you can't deny it), is a game, where you need to spend money all the time, to get new stuff. Fortnite's system with in-game purchases was great before, because it wasn't pay to win or pay to play, it was completely optional. Skins don't make your game easier, don't enhance your experience, they are there to make your character look pretty and that's all. On the other hand, there's Lego Fortnite, where you constantly need to pay to get something new in your little Lego world, otherwise you're stuck with basic builds, which quickly becomes boring. I personally stopped playing it after a week, because it was only fun, because it was something new, but now you can see that all those new gamemodes are there, just to get your money.(Except Rocket Racing, which only has car skins that don't impact gameplay)

The Lego bundles being sold separately is probably going to break my Star Wars collection. I just don't have it in me to support them doing that. As a huge Star Wars fan, this update was AWFUL for cosmetics. No Skiff guard/general lando, no bespin luke, no other styles for the OT crew to match Lando (nobody matches him now besides Chewie), no other imperials, yoda facing the wrong way, AT-AT too fast and non-accurate audio, horrible Rocket Racing prices, and the list goes on. Awful.

The Darth Maul wheels are way cheaper on Rocket League. Only 400 CR as opposed to 700 Vbucks on Fortnite. You can get the wheels for basically 5 dollars.
