Here's my observation. The Japanese business man from the 80s did succeed in bringing investors' attention. They spent years building Starr Park, but not in a professional way; since we know how abusive and unethical the business man is towars his employees. So, because of the terrible working conditions forced upon the employees, the purple gems formed, who may or may not be a result of an employee's revenge/carelessness or simply a mistake caused by (illegal) toxic chemicals. However, the purple gems might be completely natural instead? They probably went unnoticed by humans for centuries until Mike and Jacky discovered them. But honestly I like to go with the former theory; I like to think those gems are a reasult of bad working conditions. It's just the irony of the situation; the business man wished for an utopia that doesn't have wars, conflict and blood, yet his abusive behaviour towards his employees ultimately resulted in the current events. It's been eight months since CCTV Poco released. I wish they won't drop the lore completely, it's very interesting :")
