i’m so glad daniela was able to do this live. you can tell she really values her heritage and i’m sure the haters trying to argue that she wasn’t a “real latina” during dream academy probably hurt her feelings a lot. i hope she’s able to connect more with the eyekons in the future and feel how much we appreciate what she brings to the group! katseye wouldn’t be the same without her.

FACTS: Los Angeles people are 80% Spanish speakers. I come from a Private School, 60% of my classmates speaks Spanish even they aint Latina. Almost all my teachers speaks Spanish. Highschool in Los Angeles, we are required to learn Spanish for 3 years in order to graduate in High School. Also, if you are a dual language speaker in Los Angeles, you have extra $1/hour on top of your wage.

Im a Korean by race, I am more fluent in Spanish than my Korean since I grew up in Los Angeles. My Korean sounds funny for local Koreans if I am in Korea. But American-Korean they dont notice it. Hahahaha.
