If I remember correctly, Kirby Triple Deluxe itself also had the Fountain of Dreams music from Melee. Also, Ujas from Kirby Squeak Squad resemble Master Hand. That aside, this was a great video to watch!

Amazing vid! My mind was literally blown when first discovering that Master Hand and Crazy Hand made an appearance as bosses in Amazing Mirror. I also thought the Smash ability was first introduced in Planet Robobot, being that I never discovered it until then. The only thing that you missed is that the Kirby’s Air Ride remix of the Melee version of Fountain of Dreams plays in the final level of Triple Deluxe, and the Melee version of Green Greens plays in the last level of Planet Robobot, as well as on the title screen of Star Allies when you reach 100%.

Some of Tabuu's moveset was based off of Marx. The Subspace Emissary uses Super Star's partner system. Master Core bears resemblance to Uja - which itself resembles Master Hand. The Melee Green Greens cover was reused in Star Allies as an alternate 100% menu theme. Masked Dedede's Brand-new Dedede Hammer was based off of Dedede's Jet Hammer move from Brawl. Several Stone transformations throughout the games reference Smash - especially in the Smash Ability in Robobot, there's a golden one with both Hands holding the Smash symbol.

My theory is that Smash 64 and Crystal Shards were in development at the same time so they threw in that taunt for Kirby as a reference to K64:CS so when the game eventually comes out, the taunt would make sense. It would be a bit weird to have a character with a taunt that references nothing seeing as Kirby's other taunts are references to the classic Kirby dance which appeared in his previous games. That's just what I think though.
