ColorMePynk There are two missing scenes from the leak of episode 9 that were taking down. I don't know if you saw them. One had Angela being promoted over Mak and her and Ghost talking about him not going to Choate because he wanted to stay in the hood with Tommy. The way they were talking made it look like they still want to be with each other. The next one was basically Tate being exposed as crooked and telling Ghost he needs to reciprocate for the favor he did for him with Stern.

The Tasha bashing is only to uplift Angela character. Tasha and Silver had to take the L. Since Lela is being threatened off set, they are trying to turn her into a likable Character and Tasha became the scapegoat. That's why the writers and CK are making excuses saying she owes ghost nothing. But the damage to Tasha Character is irreversible.

I don't get the writing on this show. I agree with you about Procter. I really enjoy his character and like all good things on this show it looks like they are going to ruin that. Secondly, why do the writers start story's and then just leave us hanging? Tommy and Keisha for example (I didn't think they were a good match) but they started that story and now what? No talk about what's going to happen there. Also I mentioned how Greg use to always confide in on of the Spanish agents who just disappeared. I figured he would show up when they were figuring out who killed Greg, nope. It's like they try to build up too much drama to entertain us but don't have the time or the amount of episodes to finish them off. That's another reason why no ones into Tasha's new relationship cause it's like she fell in love in one episode with the first guy that showed her attention. To end my rant on a good note you look beautiful. Why would Angela pull the connection to the recording. I believe she was in deeper than Ghost because everyone already exposed to that and all its messiness. Sandoval was on to something. I know alot cannot be done within an hour long show, but Ghost and Tasha are horrible parents right now. I'd rather them not show the "family" aspect of them because they seem so dismissive and oblivious to their issues. Especially Tariq's whole entire goofy ass. Dre is in over his head at this point, and those lies will catch up with him. Unfortunately, we will have to deal with him another season (I think, I haven't seen the spoilers) because his storyline seems to mirror Ghost's life in the game with Kanon. Angela Valdez........I will admit, her hit was decent. That's all I got for her. Sandavol had to die, and quick because he was going to bring everyone down, Ghost, Tommy, and Angela. I see Courtney still wants the public to drink the A. Valdez juice, because she has low key been looking like a savior to Ghost. Alot of Twitter heads peep it too. Angela is a dirty, self-serving hypocrite who knows Ghost and Tommy very well. She knew they were going to have him killed in jail. When I saw the Jimenez sister, I had to tweet you! Psycho chic was dressed down and topped it with a mean red lip!!! Ep 8 was pretty good. Now I see the setup for Raina. :(

Thank you and Happy Bday Keshia! I have a few observations. At this point I don't see any relevance for Angie going forward. I know they're setting it up for her and Proctor to work together, but on what??? If Proctor (who I love--was a huge Entourage fan), goes after Ghost &Tommy, then he'll spend his life in witness protection and potentially lose custody of his daughter to her drug addicted mother. Next point, let's say they blow-up Tommy's connects--this may be setting him up to start running things for Tony and connecting to his real family (since his St. Patrick family is about to implode). I also find it disturbing that the writers would kill off Raina, given the fact that Omari lost a child in real life. This may be the reason why his acting has been off on some of these episodes. Like how he gonna not have a reaction to Julio dying and them calmly discuss his death as a negotiating tool--old Ghost would have killed someone behind that. Hell--even Tommy. If he paralyzed homeboy for running his mouth, then why ain't Tommy trying to get revenge for Julio??? Also, ain't enough hero shots to make me like goofyA Silver. Lol

I had to comment on this again. I just watched episode 9 and I'm like so....😣😣😣😦😦😧😧😧 So like, I'm trying to get over everything that happened from this one episode. Now in that initial meeting she had with the new female boss, she wasn't exactly keen with giving Angela anything cause remember how she told her, yeah you saved our asses, but only *after* putting this entire dept. on the line *time after time after time* then flipped it and asked her, seriously Valdez if you were me, would *YOU* hire you?? As if to say like are you fucking kidding me?? And then there was also the argument Tommy had with LaKeisha on the street which felt just like when Tommy rolled up on holly walking on the street except it was at night and reason why of course cause they had burned all his product so he was tracking her down to beg her to let her launder money thru the shop again but before asking he did have to work to first get in the car and then tell her that he had to go to Chicago, and how he found out about his father being alive this whole time and you could tell he was really being sincerely vulnerable but then once he gets to asking her to open the shop back to him again to make up for the loss and he leans in to kiss her and say he needs her, she finally breaks down and gets out and tells him you got me fucked basically. Then omg...once ray ray came to see Reina I was like here it comes...but back to the bullshit with Angela cause as her sister was leaving the apt remember Mak came over all dressed up in a tux, and you know how Paz thirsty ass always be looking over every dude that's ever stopped by Angies when she's there right lol so that kinda lightened it up a bit and Angela is like um no you need to go lata Paz ...bye! So Mak came over to offer her a position on HIS team because he was already made the head of the task force by the Tameka boss lady, but then cut to the gala (which was for vindicated wrongfully convicted felons aka Ghost) and all of a sudden you see ghost see Angela come in all late and she's in the back by the stairs dressed to impress when she makes a B line for the new boss lady, and then boss lady heads up to the podium, and Ghost comes up to Angie but then she's like unhuh yeah okay but shh as she's staring ahead, then as the new boss begins to speak on the head of the criminal division, Mak is making his way to the stage with Sax there and then boss pauses and says ANGELA!!! 😬😬😠 Like I need to know what in the absolute FUCK could Angela have said in just under 10 seconds that could make new boss lady go from appointing Mak to appointing HER!?? Mak is stunned af (naturally) and Sax is so sick of the shit show he began to walk out and after cursing under his breath in Korean he follows Sax out the party. My whole biography is basically just to plea with you, can you tell me ( y or no) without telling me, are we gonna find out in the finale WHY Angela actually got that damn promotion because my emotions were so riled up I was genuinely pissed. So much so, Reina's death had about as little affect on me as it did Tariq. Please tell me something cause Angela needs to stop with the bullshit and secrets. She's worse than a Republican politician at this point. I mean just Ughhhh!!! 😡😡😡😡 I know you are are a busy, busy lady and I appreciate ya. Hey Fave! I thought the phone Angela had belonged to Lobos' contact? The one Ghost and Tommy killed- Angela had the phone and called the number that was saved(the mole) and that was Mike answering while they were in the fed building. Mike planted that phone in Greg's drawer.

I’m going through your older videos I haven’t seen before and after watching all of Power (and now Power: Book 2), I hate that the writers never allowed us to have one solid friendship or person really. Yes, I get it, in this type of business, you can’t trust “anyone” but even then, these drug lords have at least one person they trust. Ghost continually lied to Tommy for no reason and ends up dying essentially on bad terms, they wouldn’t allow proctor to just be their dependable lawyer, Lakeisha and Tasha. It almost feels like there’s no solid foundation after going back through the episodes. I also can’t wait to see your review on the episode when Angela finally gets shot. When I tell you I played that part so many times and rejoiced! 😂 The writers have an issue with colorism and its evident in how they write the women characters. It’s even worse that there are hardly any black writers in the writers room for power. Anyways, loving these reviews!
