What bass is easy on the left (fretted) hand and wrist? I get carpal tunnel when I overdo it and need to find a way to not have to turn down gigs. Great video! Watching on my phone so I'm not really hearing the bass well unless I crank the audio 100%.

I’d say anything with a slim neck profile. 4 string jazz basses always tend to be a good pick. A short scale bass may also be a great option. Fender has a nice selection of them nowadays

I’m in the same boat as you. Learning how to lighten up on my grip made the biggest difference, but the J-bass and Ibanez neck profiles are the easiest on my left hand.
