Hey Anna! Just as an FYI for anyone in the comments, John Lewis has a new beauty recycling scheme where they give £5 for every 5 products brought into store. They accept most items which is great. I’ve just recently done it and thought it was fab! I’ve already got my next 5 ready to go! 🤦🏼‍♀️ xxx

I usually make a 6 months empties check and it's unreal the amount of really favourite products you can find in the empties bin! That's an almost infallible method to see which items end up being loved and well used rather than being just a momentary infatuation LOL Thanks for the video, Anna!

If you love the L'occitane shower oil, you should try the Bioderma Atoderm Shower Oil. It's very similar but much better for sensitive or reactive skin.

THIS shower oil does not get enough love and I am determined to change that, also makes a fairly decent morning cleanse in a pinch

Love this! When I looked over my skincare and body empties I was astounded - I used up a lot, but also slightly appalled how much I’ve still got to go. Really satisfying to cut it down though. Makeup is soooo hard to use up, I didn’t finish anything aside form mascara

I recycle the glass candles at home as in I repurpose them for cotton rounds (the reusable ones!) and q-tips (bamboo where possible) look so chic and pinterest-y amongst my toiletries and makeup. Love you videos so much Anna!! Mollie x

I am so glad you already know about the L’Occitane recycling program in partnership with Terracycle!!! For your candles pots, especially for the big one at the beginning, you can clean them and reuse them as cover pot for plants 🥰🌿

I’m the same ... I sweat whatever the temperature but over the last year I’ve switched to a packagless, solid deodorant from lush! It’s honestly amazing, stops me sweating and smells super clean and fresh! Defo worth a try mate xxx

I always enjoy your videos, Since so many beauty community members are favoring, reviewing, and recommending higher end/lux products I would really be interested in you doing a true budget friendly routine that is tried and tested (not just a one-off for a video) the average person cannot afford all high end makeup and skin care and I always love your recommendations but the average wallet do not always match that and sometimes it can seem like a particular audience is being catered to.

Hi Anna! Love your videos. Your hair is probably really greasy because you use such a strong, clarifying shampoo every time... Sunday Shampoo is only meant to be used sporadically - like, say, every Sunday ;) Try mixing it up and using a gentler shampoo a couple of times a week, and after a week or two, your hair will probably get a lot less greasy! :)

I used to get really bad psoriasis until I started using Child's Farm baby moisturiser. Not only did it treat it but it also keeps it from developing. 10/10 would recommend giving it a go, especially as it's so cheap

I always love your recommendations! I looked into the Kiel’s SPF facial moisturizer you use and I discovered that it’s chemical SPF, not zinc based, so it’s not reef safe. Are there any clean beauty SPFs moisturizers that you like?

Not moisturiser, but both Ren and Caudalie do lovely reef safe facial spfs - I really like them both and they both work well on top of other skincare products and under makeup!

Tip: if you can’t use a clarifying shampoo due to coloured hair but do use a lot of products and get build up from greasy hair/ workouts etc.... double shampoo! Even just once a week. Wet hair, shampoo, rinse out, shampoo again - you’ll be amazed at the difference in the lather, rinse, conditioner, rinse out, done. My hair can go a lot longer without washing if I do this...and another extra step is to dry and style clean hair then spray dry shampoo on the oily parts - hairline, crown etc! Again, it holds back on the oiliness coming through!
