I adored better than the movies, and I thought better than prom was so cute too. Lynn actually wrote a short story of a road trip Wes and Liz do, it’s 5 chapters long, and she send it to your email if you preorder the do over and send prove of it. So if want more content from them set in the future for sure check that short story out. i have a love hate relationship with the magnolia parks series. like it thought it was such a bad book but also so freaking entertaining the drama is over the top but I ate that shit up. deff liked daisy haites more but that's just me liking the crime part and the ending more. I also kinda feel like the future books will make me fall in love with this universe more. it's not on the same level as the addicted/calloway series but I will say it's as addicting. would I recommend it a hundred precent yes

I do love the Magnolia Parks series, and I really enjoyed book one, but book two was on another level for me. I loved it and it made me also love Julian… after that, I had a harder time getting back into book 3 and the first couple. I thought it was ok and BJ had some good growth… but honestly, in book 3, I parted ways with any affection for Magnolia. I don’t get the love for her either in the books or by the readers. I thought she was decent in book one and her second book her vapid and selfish personality was so much I had to force myself not to dnf because I knew I wanted to continue the series and not miss anything… but y’all.. she better grow up in her last book or else I can’t be responsible for my hate feelings 💁🏼‍♀️
