I love how fearless you are in jumping into new projects and the amazing results you've gotten. Thanks for the inspiration to dig out the bands I've woven while learning to use an inkle loom and getting them into use.

If you want to make more belts look into military belt buckles (my skater punk youth made me an expert) . They are made for web belts just like your weaving and just feed into teeth to attach them! You would still need to finish off one end of your weaving but you won't have to worry about the ends peaking out.

For shoe laces you can make tubular ones on the inkle it is super easy to do you only have to weave through the same shed end over and over again. I just finished weaving straps for a Tunisian crochet bag and struggle with my zipper placement. You can also add a dab of glue before inserting the aglet. It makes it sturdier. It’s great seeing you are fun with it all ❤

I’ll have to try the tubular weaving for sure!

The first two are DMC perle cotton #8 and the belt is Hobbii cotton I don’t remember which one but it’s linked in description.
