Hello, welcome to my channel.
1 tablespoon sugar. 6 grams dry yeast.
200 ml warm milk.
200 ml warm water.
40 ml vegetable oil.
Stir thoroughly to dissolve the yeast.
Then add 500-550 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
We always add flour in a controlled manner; the amount can vary depending on the quality.
Stir with your hands until smooth.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Place on the work surface and knead for another 2 minutes.
We get a smooth dough that does not stick to our hands.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
