This week my cousin Nicole and I order all of the entrees at the Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios, Orlando! We couldn't leave without dessert and Butterbeer, of course! It's a Harry Potter mukbang!

As a Brit, this is quite interesting! Beef and lamb stew isn't a traditional meal. You'd have either beef or lamb stew over here in the UK and the herbs used tend to go according to personal taste. I always use bay leaves in a beef stew, for eg. The toad in the hole looked OK (though you need bigger Yorkshire puddings)! Yorkie puds are divine and usually served on the side with a roast dinner, traditionally beef, but most people have it with all the meats. There wasn't much sign of mash with the bangers, and while the fish looked authentic, the chips were not quite right. You really do need to use the vinegar to get the authentic British meal's flavour though - sorry! The sour kraut on everything was just weird. There's no way that would appear on any of those meals over there, the salad is unlikely too. You must try these meals the next time you come and visit the UK!

Don't you wish it was like the real world of the magical where you can get a room and have the experience of staying in a room Harry stayed in and having breakfast at the Leaky Cauldron or having dinner then heading off to bed. Having had a good night's rest and off for a day of shopping on Diagon Alley or as Harry said it "Diagonally." Your cousin had the greatest expressions on her face with each bite of all the different things y'all tried, absolutely precious. She is very pretty and a good sport, can't stand people that turn their noses up at trying new and different foods. The only time I must not try something is when there is honey in it, which now a days most places are honey everything like bbq. sauce. I wish places would make alternatives to the honey in foods I haven't had corndogs in years it's hard to find any without honey and at fairs forget it. Thanks for sharing some of your time with us trying food at the Leaky Cauldron.

Interesting to see the restaurant's take on British pub grub! Sauerkraut (whether hot or cold) is definitely an addition for the American pallet, you'd be hard pushed to find that on bangers and mash or toad-in-the-hole over here. Lovely video, guys x

Sometimes when I go to the park solo I love to get the kids order of fish & chips or mac n cheese! The portions are definitely filling enough for an adult and super yummy. If you're still around you should try the breakfast menu one day! Just as good as their regular menu and lots of interesting things to try!

I didn’t think $14.99 was expensive for the meat and lamb stew, especially since it comes with a salad and portions were big. I think that’s pretty reasonably priced like what you would get at just a normal restaurant not in a city (I live in the suburbs so stuff is normal priced).

At the Three Broomsticks in Hollywood, my top 3 would be: Bangers and Mash, Fish and Chips and the Ploughman's Lunch. I had the Cheese Toasty with Chicken, and although the chicken with the cheese and sauce was good the bread was VERY hard and almost stale.

I’m from the north of England and a Veggie and you can make some of the food veggie with meat substitutes, not so easy when it comes to the fish and chips or fish pie though unfortunately. There’s a lot of recipes online and just change the meat aspects for vegetarian substitutes. The key is to find a good gravy recipe though, it has to be thick and loads of flavour! (Not typical American gravy) I use the stock from steaming my veg as the base. My husband eats meat and I do make them with meat for him but he’s just as happy with vegetarian :)

When you go, usually the person taking your order will know what you can and can’t have if you’re vegan or vegetarian and will work with you. I got a salad and roast veggies. I don’t remember if I had anything else besides that, but I enjoyed it none the less. I also got the Peachtree Fizzing Tea-since butterbeer isn’t vegan-and it was delicious. I know Disney will prepare special meals if you call ahead of time, Universal may do something similar. It’s worth giving a call and asking at least.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of food at the leaky cauldron. I remember I was doing the whole vegan thing and they were super accommodating! They made me an awesome salad with roasted veggies. It was so fresh. I went back and had one of the pies (I stopped being a vegan that time) and it was really good.

We were there 2 weeks ago and had the fish and chips as well as the fisherman’s pie. Both were excellent! I was surprised that the fisherman’s pie had big filets of salmon in it.

The butter beer potted cream needs to come to the U.K.! When you’re over here make sure you find a decent place to get fish and chips and a roast dinner with giant Yorkshire puddings!! (Scotland could be the place, or a decent pub (especially a roast on a Sunday)) mostly lamb is combined with Rosemary so you are probably right about that. They all look scrummy (although the Yorkshire doesn’t look as yorkshireish as it should be!)

Omg.... I have got to go there. All those dishes look so delicious and scrumptious. I’ve had lunch at the 3 broomsticks when I was there a few years ago. You can’t beat good ol fish and chips. When I go there I would definitely try the Beef, lamb, Guinness stew. In the stew yes, it would be rosemary in it. Lamb and rosemary are best mates. Was that the regular butter beer? Looked like it.
