if my have krisflyer account’s miles are expiring and I wont be flying anytime soon, can i do a reverse - meaning transfer my miles into this kris+ app and use it like a discount points? is there such function?

the problem with kris+ are the lousy vendors it is associated with. eg bee cheng hiang bak kwa is expensive compared to others....

No, they will stay in the app as Kris+miles. Use them to offset next purchase.
