Traditionally, you would put a 9x9 layer of lily pads of fertility beneath the farm you have. With only one available to you that won't work , but it's automating the farm is atleast a good start.

Essence Farmland is some of the most OP stuff, as you can plant non essences on it, and it will multiply their outputs and growth rates as well. However of course generally like all other ATM modpacks, getting upgraded essences might prove a hassle as sometimes the upgraded tiers are locked behind other mods. If they aren't though, some casual grinding should be enough to get a few insanium tier farmland for you to grow basically everything near instantly. Also, you can just add essence to farmland in the world and it will convert, assuming it is not already converted.

try normal farmland with red fertilizer and a few more lilypads , the harvester pylon can help but it use hoes quick
