I'd argue that the B1 battle droids that fought the gungans in the battle of Naboo are technically remote operated drones rather than soldiers. For 12, Jango would realistically have been incapacitated from having his hand severed and mace was very able to force a surrender. Had he used his hidden weapons after being forced to surrender that would be a warcrime aswell. For 13, they're civilians recieving direct fire from precision weapons, not shrapnel, what else would they be shooting at, insects? And for 33, it's defenseless after it was disabled, the warcrime is pushing it off the cliff and killing the entire crew instead of taking them prisoner. And for 67, he attempted and failed to airlock everyone else, would have killed his allies (another warcrime) aswell if he didn't fail.

I hate to be one of those people who says "you forgot X," but a couple others did come to mind. In episode I, Sabé and the other handmaidens would also count as child soldiers. In the deleted scene where Obi and Yoda return to the Jedi temple, there are clones disguised as Jedi to lure them into a trap. Wouldn't that be a false flag for masking as the enemy? And when Vader finds out Padmé's dead, he destroys all the medical droids, which should count as both killing medics and fragging, right?

Well Obi-Wan did give Luke to his closest known relatives. For Leia, it could be argued that she was in the care of godparents since Organa was a close friend and mentor to Padam. Basically, sibling separation during the onset of war aftermath to a high profile figure who is certainly a target for the new regime if they continued to live is a very grey area.
