i'm new to apple products. do u use min 2:19 your fingers or a pencil ?

I’m the video I’m using an external midi keyboard to play the sounds, there is also the option to play the keys with an on screen piano that is touch and pencil sensitive. But using my finger to hold down and selects the option, you can either use a connected mouse or pencils also. The iPad is very versatile. I hope this answers your question?

Got the synth. Downloaded upright piano. Working no problem. Downloaded Creatmosphere, but none of the presets will work. All say download needed. When I click on them, get a message that sample is missing. Asked apple for a refund.

did you try rebooting the device. iOS of late has had many issues with apps until a reboot. Seems odd
