You forgot one, in the map called Street Corner, if you go behind the yellow building there should be a valve you can interact with. Doing so will flood the sewers up to the level where players normally walk around, not the entire sewer. If you go into one of the pipes (I forget which one), you will be teleported to a large room with a blue floating heart that you need to kill, and when you do, you'll get the floating heart as an unusual. You can do this as many times as you wish, as long as you have a skin without the effect. Edit: Guys stop commenting on this comment, it's a year old and the video itself is even older.

There should be a bill cipher secret and what you have to do is find a fending machine and type the code stan uses on his vending machine with your gun and (on the kitchen chaos map) and do the code and you go to the stove and burn yourself then you get teleported to stans portal you go into it and do a bill cipher boss battle and when you bean him you get the skin also the vending machine is in the sink
