As a Wholesaler, Do you file memorandums? I believe that’s a way to get something in case your seller decides to let your WS contract expire and then go with a different wholesaler that offers them more later

It depends on how many I send out. On average I get 1 deal per 5,000 postcards.

Great video. I work full time so don’t have a lot of time to be cold calling during the week. I am wanting to get into wholesaling and it sounds like postcards would be a good way for me to start. Do you have more info on how I can get get started and how much I can expect to pay for it every month? Also, do you have any advice on finding a mentor?

I'm so jealous of you neighbors of mine down in the States. While it takes you only a grand to get your lisence, it takes us nearly $10,000CAD. ($8000 (again, CAD) to be percise after taking account into hidden fees as such and whatnot) So really, it's $5700USD. A decent king size bed. Just something for you folks to sleep on. XD
