I saw them live a few days ago in Berlin and I'm still zoned out. That was by far the best concert I've ever been to. The way their music evolves and the importance of each of the band members, their complexity, beauty and depth is like no other band today. Especially this song moves my heart to a whole nother universe. This is by the way my first comment ever, and I just need to let my love for these guys out.

A guy showed me this song in his car a long time ago, and all I can think of it now every time I hear it, it’s nostalgia about that moment. It was raining and everything felt new and beautiful to me even though he doesn’t know this at all. It was that day when I just stared at him and knew it for the first time.

Evokes feelings and memories that I wasn't sure I'd be able to face, but the music is so raw and powerful that it pulls out a stronger version of myself and I listen with purpose because songs like this teach us about ourselves and what we are made of..
@mikelesan39643 жыл бұрын
This might be their best song. Over all the Coyote Woman epics, Talisman, Blood and Sand, Alabaster, Harvest Feast, I think this one edges them out. Stunning.

Every time I hear this song I have this deep deep need to somehow label it as the best, hautingly beautiful and whole and I'm searching the 'like' button even though I know I've already done this, but I would've gladly click into it over and over again to make thousands of likes just by myself to show my appreciation. ATW - thank you.

The atmospheric drone leading into the 2nd half of the song reminds me of the intro to Twinkler from Baroness. Such a sort of sad and kind of impending drone, but here it's accompanied by nature and what sounds like a camp fire. It's like contemplating on nostalgia and comparing past to present. Then the drums and guitar seems so triumphant and hopeful towards the end.

I'm happy to see how many people love this song as much as I do. It's hard to express in words how this song makes you feel something, even if you don't quite know the emotions you're experiencing. It's transcendent, melancholy, full of hope and despair at the same time. The last 3 or so minutes are some of the most powerfully beautiful minutes I've ever listened to, it takes you places. edit: forgot to mention how much the solo sounds like my favorite guitar solo of all time in Nothing as it seems from Mike McCready of Pearl Jam

Grandiose! Sublime! Bouleversant!
