So true. His real genius? Tasteful lines and knowing when not to play. That solo cpuld have emded up layer upon layer of guitars...instead he literally drops in at the very end with a perfect 2 second harmony line and thats all. Never over plays.

This whole piece is phenomenal, but the section from 6:20 onwards transcends anything I've ever heard live. They find a way to keep building the sound, layers over layers, that by the time Parks sings "God speed", you're almost taking off with the anticipation.
