I did the same thing. I ran away from the rabbis, but not from HaShem and not from Torah. I knew Torah was the origin of Truth, but not as the rabbis represent it. So, I asked God what the Truth is and the answer came over a period of decades. That is the path of those who are shown Torah Truth. Both those who remain in rabbinical "orthodoxy" and those who leave religion as an excuse to glut their senses remain outside Torah.

Im sorry Doreen but the Beit Hamikdash is long overdue. It signifies a return for so many, a cultivation of the progress mankind has collectively made in this world toward peace. This is why my sorta jumbled I believe heretical communistic understanding of it all; Jesus is not so important to me as every one has the power to be like a Jesus and should be striving for it if you're living life correctly. The Buddhist call it nirvana. The Orthodoxy maybe theosis. But the Torah or the old testament is perfect and complete it says so in its text thus nullifying the New Testament really so the other Judea religions are kinda ya know. Anyways that's why to me I kinda have sympathy for Marxists supposedly attempting to bring heaven on earth and that is the most noble goal you can have in life. Recently I heard a philosopher/theologist say that making a utopia on earth is equal to rebelling against God who didn't make suffering on earth for no reason. Yet another or the same man says such a God might be worth rebelling against. I don't know. I'm never done thinking about this. Utopia on earth to me still is almost pinnacle of what to do on earth except raising a good child too with these goals, a small way you can play a part that can possibly amplify in the future. I disapprove of making a child without this knowledge and planning cuz it's possibly highly suffering inducing, suffering generating.
