@@traduly1997 Of course, you can replay the final mission of GTA 5 and play all 3 endings, but you cannot reverse the choice you originally made in story mode. For example if you kill Trevor in story mode you can't get him back. You can reply the mission as many time as you want.

I know that they’re just characters but killing either one was too heartbreaking for me to even think of. Franklin is a true friend and I love that. To do this, you need to turn off the auto-save feature first. Next, I manually saved the game right before starting this mission and then chose to kill Michael and Trevor and reloaded the game. Finally, on the third attempt, selected Option C.

If you have a save file from before the final mission where Trevor is still alive, you can reload that save to continue playing with him otherwise you can't do anything now. He is dead in story mode.

Are you on PS4/PS5? If so, that's been known to have some issues with getting trophies, where the only solution is to load to the earliest previous save and try getting the trophy again.
