All Time Low share their ‘90s kid memories

All Time Low reflect on their favorite memories and things from the ‘90s including cartoons like Rocko’s Modern Life, Ren & Stimpy and Doug. They also talk about the wonderous world of book fairs where they discovered such treasures as Animorphs and Goosebumps, whose television components definitely could not be trusted.
“I’ve watched Are You Afraid Of The Dark? and Goosebumps seeing them [now]...,” vocalist Alex Gaskarth trails off in clear disappointment. “Fucking horrible. Truly the worst shit I’ve ever seen in my life. Worse than Power Rangers; worse than all that shit.”
Though any ‘90s kid can attest that watching that show as a kid was downright disturbing. C’mon, Alex.
The guys also talk about the escapism and freeing feeling of learning to drive and discovering new music and the, uh, not-so-freeing feeling of getting their first tickets.

I wish they'd give Zach a chance to speak in these. Like dude cmon. Seeing Zach in this really makes me appreciate him more cuz I'm socially the same way. When I was a kid ( & even now still but worse then) I was so socially awkward that I never was able to instinctively know when to jump in & speak so I'd just never say anything, otherwise I'd always be interrupting. It sucks feeling like an outsider. people that are social butterflies really don't know how good they have it. Everything in life becomes a walk in the park when you have social skills. But the rest of the band need to be more considerate of Zach ffs boys.

Are You Afraid Of The Dark scared me so much when I was a kid. I kind of wish I hadn't watched it as an adult because my memories were better. Also book fairs were the shit! My sister is a teacher and they still do those.
