This album is gonna be incredible... As someone who listens to mostly prog/metal nowadays, this is the first time I can say that I'm genuinely impressed with the musicianship in an ATL song. The switching time signatures in the verse is something that's not easy to pull off (especially when one of those time sigs is 7/8), and it's something that has been avoided in pop music for decades, yet these guys do it in a way that sounds good without sacrificing any of the musicality of the song.

ok i learned this from the genius lyrics page on this song: it's in 13/4, alternating 6/4 and 7/4, which i think is really neat! as a musician, i had noticed that the rhythms seemed interestingly choppy, kind of, like they had a few extra beats in places, and i think it's super cool that they wrote it in such a complex time signature

Literally, I'm shaking because of how amazing this album is going to be. It's their best since don't panic. despite my favourite all time low song ever being life of the party from last young renegade (i doubt that will change), this album is making me feel a lot of shit. The first two singles were great but the past 3 songs they've released make me feel the same way songs like life of the party, oh calamity, therapy, if these sheets were states and remembering Sunday make me feel. I get this aching in my heart but i love that. All time low always make me feel like that. Ever since i found them back in 2013, I've had that feeling.
