Here's the whole speech she says in the beginning :) I’m lucky enough to get to get to do a lot of meet and greets and get to meet you guys. And when I do a lot of the time I meet a lot of people who write songs or who wanna write songs and the number one question I get asked a lot is; “how do you know what to write a song about? Where do you start?” And for me, I guess the answer is--I guess the easiest answer, the most simple answer is think about how many things do you want to say to someone who you have been too scared to say it to them because you’re scared of their reaction to what you would tell them? Over the course of the day we get hundreds, if not thousands things we wish we could say if we were brave enough or if we didn’t have to see the reaction, or hear the reaction or response to saying what we actually feel--about someone, about a situation. Writing a song is kinda like saying what I really wanted to say to the person--whatever you wanted to say the most and being able to push pause on the moment and not having to see that person’s response. It’s like putting a message in a bottle, whatever you wanted to say, whether it’s saying “I really love you” or “I am still really heartbroken” or “what you said really hurt me”, or “you make me happier than anyone in the world and I’ve told you before” or “you’re my best friend and I never want to lose you”. All those things. It’s like saying any of that, putting it in a bottle throwing it into the ocean, maybe they’ll see it, maybe they won’t. Maybe it’s a really cowardly way to love your life--but maybe it’s also the bravest way you can live your life. I haven’t really decided which one. This is a song, that was all the things I wanted to say to somebody but instead I just wrote this song because everything about this person i just couldn’t forget, you know, I just remembered it all too...well.

Me too. It is my absolute favorite song. The music, the lyrics, it is just all so beautiful. I saw Taylor 10/9/15 and one of my posters said "I can picture it after all these days" with pictures of my little girl next to a cutout of Taylor, all on a giant autumn leaf. When she was sure she can handle this, she looked to the public and put a fake smile saying in her mind “the show has to continue...” Honestly, I hate the fact that she wanted to cry all the time in the Red Tour singing “All Too Well”. It totally broken my heart, 'cause in 2013 Harry Styles broke up with her and I know this song is dedicated to other person, but she was really sad all the Tour 🤔😟 even though she had good moments, it also makes me feel mad the idea that she prefer 1989 than this beautiful albums: TS, Fearless, Speak Now & Red.
