@@fawkewe That’s inaccurate. Canadian winners are not “more canon” than the other. How it worked back then was kids from countries the show aired could vote on who they wanted to win. Fresh TV made two endings. It was up to the kids voting on which ending they aired. Just because kids in Italy voted for one winner and Canada voted for another doesn’t mean Italy picked the false winner. That’s not how it works. Canadian kids have their own opinions just like how Italian kids have theirs. Fresh makes both. Kids decide.

At first I thought Owen's reappearance was a joke, but in the end it turned out to be a fact. I would also like other characters from the first generation to reappear for a few moments, but seeing that they are already the last episodes of the last announced season, I doubt very much that they will and that is why it is better not to get your hopes up. The cameos were hilarious, but there's no denying it.

That's right. Then they leave angry because in the end what they wanted to see is not fulfilled. It's not like in Revenge of the Island that from almost the beginning there were cameos and there it made a little more sense to expect appearances like that; In the reboot, on the other hand, it's something that's barely happening in the last half of the last announced season. I can't blame them in part, I'd like to see other characters from the first generation too, but it's best not to get your hopes up.

I noticed that and I don’t have too much of a problem with it. Because it’s a darker green, it doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb, though it is weird. My theory behind the eye color change was because he had the same dark green color eyes in Dramarama, and the creators wanted to stay consistent with the change in his older design.

"Can't still figure out how he actually won" honestly that's sad. Yeah Owen is known for his fart jokes, but he was probably the friendliest contestant in season 1 and got along with almost everyone. He didn't really have many long term enemies in season 1 and his love for eating helped him in food challenges. It's not hard to see why he won. He didn't try to stir the pot like he was forced to in TDA and he didn't have enemies like in TDWT when he annoyed Alejandro.

Holy shit, when I watched episode 7 and saw that they confirmed Owen as the season 1 finale, and I saw Duncan in the episode 8 thumbnail, I thought they were going to confirm that Duncan was the winner (like they were making 1 winner per episode) , thank God it wasn't, Beth was clearly more deserving of winning that final
