Do the enemies with the crown over their icon respawn? I’m level 25 but can’t get these to drop for me.

Yes. Sometimes you have to kill them two times. Also some of these enemies might be a higher level than you or you need to progress more in the story

1:49 I've beaten those exact enemies but didn't get anything. Did they change that in the last 6 months or something? Okay nevermind, apparently a second group of enemies spawn there later on and I had to fight THEM to get the maracas.

In Premium Adventure, when choosing your job, it allows you to choose your clothes. Once you choose your clothes, it will give you the option to use it outside of conflict click yes.

I know there's some in different safes during long battles in the story. The 3rd level on the dungeons also gave me a few

The final battle of the game will give you the armor. After arriving to the island look around and you’ll find safes that give you the armor for Ichiban’s crew. The final battle in the millennium tower look around and you’ll find safes that give you the armor for Kiryu’s crew.

All party members (except Ichiban and Kiryu) exclusive armors can be found towards the end of the main story chapter 12 and 13. For ichiban and kiryu's exclusive armors obtain from beating 3rd level of Hawaii and Yokohama haunt + other jobs (housekeeper, host, idol, etc) exclusive armors can be obtain from random safe in 3rd level and ex 4th dungeon
