For the All Might bug, there’s actually a list of characters that work: Lancer, Achilles, Zoro, Sasuke, only PTS Luffy, and Aki. Basically, anyone with a reworked move from Lancer. Pretty cool though.

Super Dummy one also works on normal Super Dummies in practice mode. Makes it really easy to cheese daily quests with it like 7.5k damage or 2k damage ones.
