Alot of these things are just items from save the world that were added in to battle royale since when battle royale first started save the world was the main gamemode and in the past there were alot of things from save the world which either there model was added for battle royale items as placeholders or they were added to battle royale either on accident or dev testing reasons For Example the Zapotron is from save the world but was accidently put in battle royale the M80s used to be in save the world and might have been added to battle royale either on accident or as a test The test god Gun uses the Same model used for the Epic and Legendary Razerblade Burst Rifle in Save the World The Air Strike Laser uses the Same model as one of the Laser Rocket Launchers which was a expansion schematic (i forgot its name) in save the world The Slow Grenade is a Gadget in Save the World The MOAB uses the same model as the Legendary Tiny Instrument of Death in Save The World The Bottle Rockets Also Used to First Be In Save The World then were added to Battle Royale The Energy Crystals use the Same model as the Sunbeam Crystals in Save the World The Beehive Grenade looks like the beehive that the beehive head husk has in save the world The Genome gun uses the same model as the rapid fire pistol from save the world even some things that were later added to battle royale (including skins as well) were in save the world first before being added to battle royale although this is mainly for chapter 1 things since in chapter 2 they stopped caring much about save the world Matter of Fact almost everything from Chapter 1 was in save the world first but then reworked for battle royale whats a bit funny is this the og burst rifle (common, uncommon, rare) from chapter 1 seasons 1-x its model was reused from a semi auto rifle model in save the world also in save the world double pump still works
