Looks like a war broke out between resistors and capacitors I think this caused it to stop working

on my Intel mobo, just keyboard n mouse work normaly..other device like bootable usb stick cannot boot as usually even it detected on bios. it also detected as unknown device on windows. what is the problem actually with my mobo?

You may have a lose USB ports or a cracked or dry solder joints at the usb ports pins
