@@seantheskeleton4106 Actually, the rinnegan grants any user access to the 6 Paths. It's true we don't see Sasuke utilizing the Asura Path, but that's not because he can't. There are many instances where rinnegan users have simply chosen not to use 6 Paths abilities. For example, Madara has never used many of the 6 Paths abilities, but we know he is able to. We even witness Sasuke use many 6 Paths abilities during the War Arc. He used the Deva Path to trap the tailed beast in Chibaku Tensei and the Preta Path to absorb their chakra to create his amped up Susanoo. If I had to hazard an explanation as to why, its simply that the 6 Paths abilities no longer scale to the level of combat they were dealing with. There's also the issue with chakra consumption, since 6 Path abilities are notoriously chakra depletive. This was the reason Obito chose not to use its abilities during the War Arc, save for controlling the reanimated Jinchuriki. While using his rinnegan abilities wouldn't be as chakra depletive for Sasuke, since its his rinnegan and not a transplanted one, Sasuke has never been set apart by his chakra reserves. Plus he pours much more effort and chakra into constantly casting Amenotejikara to travel dimensions and track down Otsutski. TLDR: Sasuke can use all the 6 Path abilities, including the Asura Path but has real reason to.
