Yo D... You should try out a set of Groove Grips as they allow your thumbs to interact with the controller in a different way. Your thumbs do not have to engage the flexion muscles which allow for way more controlled and precise movement. Instead of your thumbs pushing the analog stick around, your analog sticks will follow your thumbs as they move laterally. More Control...More Comfort...More Fun. Loved your video!

Im not ranked yet on the new split but as a person who dropped 30 many times in ranked, i play on 10.5 with extreme curve Base, with focus and are at Light and it feels really good for me, i never played on high sens in most games but being able to micro adjust really easily while still being able to flick feels good with extreme. Also ye i feel like i head tap people way more often, prolly has to do with the aim assist

Have you played / will you also cover Marvel Rivals? I played it and absolutely enjoyed it. What a great game. But I was having some trouble with the sensitivity. Especially considering how many melee / flying / ranged heroes there are and it feels like you'll want to have different sensitivities for different heroes... which is... not optimal I would assume. They seem to have Linear / Dual Zone / Exponential like Overwatch with various Dead Zone settings but yeah, aiming still feels different than in Overwatch.

Hey Daniel! Question 1 Do you have any settings for Overwatch 2 to make the stick feel like Dynamic MW3 curve. I prefer the feel of cod instead of overwatch 2 console feel. Question 2 Is it possible to get it super close to COD or is it impossible and can only get close? Why do u recommend delayed for similar to dynamic in COD when medium looks to be the most similar based on the graph? I play 6-6 dynamic in COD and looking for the closest possible settings

Medium looks the closes, but delayed is a real reversed S Curve, try both but I'd say medium is a better choice!

I use max sens with heavy, 0.07 dead zone and 0.85 on the outher dead zone, works pretty well for me 🥰

@@matteozanichelli5659 hello again! it might be due to some devices interfering with BT of the PS5, in this case it's better to use cable if it feels smoother that way! you can also try resetting DualSense and reconnect so maybe that changes the channel and works better.

Coming from call of duty I felt trying to find settings close to call of duty didn't work for me , gone with heavy and light on the rest with 7 sensitivity for all.

Yo nice vid, but you didn't mention a very important difference between smooth and standard. Smooth has much slower start, but it feels like the slow part is shorter. Beacuse of that in my opinion it feels a bit like linear, but with a slowdown at the beginning. It's my new favorite curve for precision and consistancy, and you can rock it with 0 deadzone (so that you have full control over your stick), cause you can't even feel the stick drift with how slow it is at start.

how did you measure the curves?

It's a method by having a fix speed per rotation (for example 5% - 10% - 15 etc.) for each curve and a fixed target on the screen in the same distance and measuring time for a full rotation at each %) takes so much time btw.

Hi, I haven't tested R6 myself, but based on what I saw online, that seems an S curve (smooth) with a boost at the end similar to DualZone, the only curve here that may simulate that a little is Delayed however the boost starts faster, but that's the only curve that looks closer to R6.

What I don't understand is why linear isn't linear in this game. Linear in any other fps is completely consistent with no acceleration at all. So why is there acceleration when I'm using linear curve and minimum deadzone? I've never come across this issue in any fps. I don't understand why they named this curve linear bc it's not linear at all. Is there anyway to create makeshift settings to take away all the acceleration on Xbox series X?

@@AKA_Keegs if you have an elite controller you could probably counteract the acceleration with a custom aim curve in the accessories app, you would just need to tinker with it until it feels like it’s true linear

@@AKA_Keegs if you mean the curve we showed in this video, that's based on PS5 controller's analog stick and they aren't really 1:1 (while some like hall effects are closer) but in terms of the game set, that is 1:1 the more you push it the faster it gets linearly.

I wish they had an option to turn off the dualsense edge curves and only use the in-game curves as we are used to. Even if you put the edge curve on default, it's still a linear curve and mixes with the game's curve. This is crazy to me
