Since I saw some Villainous videos of Black Hat talking about other Cartoon Network Villains while criticizing them for their incompetence and failures for losing to many Cartoon Network heroes so much, that I bet it would’ve been funny to imagine Black Hat talk about Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers Trilogy and criticize Dr. Evil for his simple minded nature and incompetence for not always thinking his evils plans of defeating Austin Powers and taking over the world through at all, granted Dr. Evil is not a Cartoon Network villain, but Cartoon Network itself is owned by Warner Bros. For the shrink gun short, Flug states that when the tube is blue, it shrinks things, but when it's green, it puts things back to normal size, but after switching it to green, Blackhat doesn't switch it back before shooting it at 5.0.5. and for some reason he shrinks.
