In Fourchon, LA USA there are multiple ports like this. OSVs back in under acover and are loaded by overhead cranes.

But that little tiny steel coil i weighing around 15-30 tonnes, depending on tickness of the steel.

I work in this terminal sometimes and the average weight of the coils is around 15 to 20 tons a piece. We load around 250 pieces per shift, do the math. These cranes can work very fast and accurate if they are in hands of good skilled operators
