Other than the new Mercedes chassis/drivetrain are there any new features, innovations, etc in the 2024 Launch? It looks exactly like a Winnebago Revel as well as the Tiffin GH1. What makes this stand out?

Probably essentially the same other than some interior finishes to the GH1, which looks to have nicer 2nd row seats. Over the Revel, yeah they copied it and then threw on other stuff to differentiate it a little. I believe the things are standard roof rack with the solar and Starlink already wired in, suspension upgrades, the bed can hold 700 lbs vs 350 lbs, and there is a larger battery system on the Entegra Launch/Jayco Terrain.

You empathized “all wheel drive,” but the description says 4x4 twice…they are not the same.

This years chassis is All Wheel drive, last years chassis was 4 wheel drive. I am aware that they are not the same, however most people understand the general statement, and there may be some potential for crossover depending when Mercedes switched and shipped the chassis. Some of the very first ones could be 4x4. It depends which chassis Mercedes was providing based on when they switched production. At time of filming when full production was running they were AWD.

@@RVing_TV I’m going to be buying towards the end of the year. I want the 4x4 but I’m wondering if AWD will be enough. Is it a more efficient AWD than typical? It seems to me absurd that Mercedes would stop producing 4x4 considering how popular the revels and others. So…is there an advantage with AWD that I’m unaware of?

@@CounterT007 From what I have seen it looks like they are all now AWD. For the average person and their use I do not think it will make a difference.
