I took stage combat for years but never heard those moves called "check your watch" or "open the door." We just labeled them with numbers. Though we often called the reverse of 5 (their "Breakfast Club") "Muscle Beach" because it just looked like you were flexing your muscles Rosie the Riveter-style. I honestly love this sort of thing. You know it's a good class when you're disappointed that you didn't get to die that day.
