Naw, most people think they can eat much more than they actually do. Those few like Joel are more than covered by the guy who paid $15 for two plates of food and a dessert. Myself, I eat very little. But I like the buffet for the variety and people watching. And I've noticed that lots of people choose low cost but filling items like potatoes, bread and pizza. Rarely do you see someone with a plateful of meat, people love the carbs. Profit margins are big.

Joel Fried chicken is one of my favorites, I eat mine with Jalapeno peppers ( chicken & peppers LOL ) I've eaten peppers with my chicken for the last 40 years and chicken just isn't the same without them. If I have 5-6 pieces of chicken I usually eat at least 12-15 peppers ! It's really good

Pizza ranch is a good place to take the kiddos. You can't go wrong with pizza and dessert pizza for them. Plus, they have unlit ice cream. I always get the chicken and mashed potatoes and dressing myself. It's a good combo for parents and the kids. Not the greatest food (nutn to write home about), but not bad at all for what you get
