Well, please extend my thanks to the town. One of my top three or four favorite foods. I like plain gravy though, without the sausage. A chain called Sirloin Stockade had what I considered the best back in the '70s. My aunt lived in IL near both IA and MO. Everywhere you went there was always catfish and chicken fried steak on the menu.

Yes . My wish list is the bachannal buffet,in the Bellagio ,Vegas. But,to date the best ever buffet I’ve ever had pleasure in eating was on one of royal carribeans cruise ships- phwooaarrr.I’ve never seen so much beef and I never failed in putting a slice or two or three on my plate . Take it from me,who splurged on a higher end piece of beef- a flat sirloin ,heritage beef. Wow,you won’t find that kind of flavour and texture on normal lumps of beef. 👌👌🙌

I kind of wish more restaurants did this kind of all you can eat to order stuff. Or not really even all you can eat but like a sampler menu or like a tapas menu. When you’re in Dallas, you gotta check out Cattleack BBQ. Only open Thursday - Friday and first Saturday of every month. Show up early! Everything is 100%! But must try is beef rib and their crack cake!

Man Vegas is so cool! I honestly always enjoy visiting and seeing the hotels it’s a lot of fun :) there’s so many amazing food places! I went to the Wynn for the buffet and loved it all! I went right between lunch and dinner and got to have both menus for the lunch price!
