That was a tiny sashimi platter! Especially since that is one of the key differentials between the $99 and $139 menu.

Focus on the A5 and king crab when ordering the $99. Outside of the Miso Cod, the rest are unnecessary fillers. Lobster and snow crab were underwhelming. And that garlic butter they give you to dip the king crab has a weird flavor. The $99 menu is grill-yourself. The $139, they will grill the meats for you.

Hey guys. For some people who says things like , Mike isn't being genuine anymore, or he only post good stuff or why is Mike not giving a proper review, only like UUHHMAZING or UHHMAMI or things like that. Let me tell you why. Mike Chen has preivously said that if he doesn't like the food he eats or the place he goes to, he will not post it. The reason is that he knows that businesses even small business work so hard and doing their best to get going, so he does not want ruin their business with his video. Although, things can't be the same when he reviews fast food, that is a different story. For people who ask me when did he said that. Well he said it in the 4 years ago video called :STEAMING Dim Sum + BEST & WORST Foods I've Ever Had". In that video, In minute 15:36 he talked about why he doesn't upload or showcase the food he dislikes.

Something feels kinda off about all the cooking process being distilled to just a machine rotating a heated drum but...then again, that's not very different from fast food joints reheating premade foods before serving it to the customer... Well, I guess I should just see this as a way to have a consistent quality and affordable eatery.
